Third Party Administration

Maltman International has decades of experience acting as a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Our TPA services include claims management, financial transactions, statistical reporting and loss fund management.

Maltman International acts a TPA for the Lloyds London Market and various international insurers. We have aligned our processes and reporting to the requirements of Lloyds and will continue to do so as the market evolves in the future. We are a member of the Lloyds Market Association (LMA) TPA Forum so we stay fully aware of market developments and fully engaged with the LMA on driving and supporting change.

Complex Claims Adjusting

Maltman International has a rich history in handling claims of medium to high complexity; providing accurate investigation, reporting and damage analysis. Our adjusters are timely, accurate and customer-focused in claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating loss adjusting and other expert costs.

Claims Management

Maltman International provides a wide variety of Claims Management services for parties with large self-insured retentions, high deductible programs or individual claims of a complex or catastrophic nature. We commit to providing full client service to client specifications and can provide monthly Bordereaux accounting as well as managing claims trust funds.

Litigation Management

Maltman International provides direct management of the litigation process including communicating with counsel, investigating, providing instructions to counsel, counter arguments, and ensuring adherence to litigation plans and budgets. As part of our claims management model, our adjusters are trained and experienced in representing insureds at complex mediations and arbitrations.

Run-Off Claims

Maltman International is experienced in Run-Off Claims Administration and we always work to address the clients’ needs throughout the life cycle of the claim inventory. We work with various trustees, regulators and other advisory firms to achieve satisfactory and cost-effective resolution to all run-off matters.

Claims Audits

Maltman International can provide independent audits of the overall efficiency and effectiveness of a client’s claim handling process and or operations, to help identify and analyze missed opportunities, financial leakage as well as opportunities to improve claim flow.

Financial Management and Compliance Service (Trust Accounts, Lineage and Bordereau)

Maltman International has extensive background in Trust Fund Management, bank account reconciliation, cheque registers and replenishment, and can process payments by EFT to help settle claims quickly and efficiently.  We also have expertise in Bordereaux Management and can design documentation to suit client’s various reporting requirements. This expertise includes comprehensive capabilities in Lineage Administration including effective management of a client’s accounts by processing claims, reserves, and payments through the Lloyds settlement portal.  We ensure compliance with Lloyd’s regulations including MI Reports, Solvency Tier II Reporting, Lloyd’s reporting Standards Version 5 and Sanction Screening.
